The blog ‘Diet, Regimes and Obesity’ was launched in 2013. At that time, the content was written by the former owner, a blogger who shared her views and tips on these topics, as reflected in the blog’s title. Now, many years later, in 2026, the world has changed; today, our articles are written by our editorial team, guided by our healthcare partners, including nutritionists, doctors, nurses and therapists.

Everything is backed up by scientific evidence, and older posts are gradually being rewritten and adapted to provide real value to our readers. Do we still have original content that expresses personal opinions? We do have them, but everything is carefully curated by the owner – myself, Janaina Oliveira, Anna Kering and Daniel Eslovistik – which means we steer clear of guesswork and so-called miracle cures. So what we’re saying is that please bear with us for a little while; any content that doesn’t meet our standards will gradually be removed and revised. By the end of 2026, all texts will be up to date.
